Software Needed, Gain Access To Floppy

my girlfriend has a floppy with some uni coursework on it, but its not letting here access the disk, is there any software to recover whats on the disk?

Could be the MasterBootRecord of the disc needs repairing I have a program 1 floppy big (runs from it) PM me if you want it.
