Free Dvd Burning Software

Well pretty much what the topic title says does anyone know of any free dvd burning software? thanks for any help in advance.

nero only has a mini-dvd burning feature

nero isnt really free persay but it does burn dvds

Nero has an additional option to burn mini-dvd's.

what i mean is software that i can use to get my video files on my pc such as avi and mpeg to a blank cd-r or dvd-r disc.
