Excerpt with modifications from developer's web site...............................
Graphite-Rade8 is a Mac OS X like iconset converted from mac file
format over to our native png format. Most icons are from rad-e8
design http://www.rad-e8.com, some are my own, and some are from
other icons I've found. This iconset also serves as a template for
future iconsets as well.

# Open the KDE-Menu and start the Control Center
# Click on "Look and Feel" and "Icons"
# Browse to the location of the new icon theme by clicking the small folder button
# Click on "Install New Theme" to add the new icons
# Click "Apply" :)
