Look what the U.S. Coast Guard got this week.

I have a friend that serves on this ship, The Midget, that I believed he was on board on this bust. I'm proud of that M.F. for helping.

Well done indeed, however what Law allows the US to board boats off the coast of an independant sovereign state?
