Ad-aware Hangs When Scanning

My copy of Ad-aware 6 hangs when it gets to registry value

CLSID\{CA38D8DB-C75D-11D1-8F99-00600895E7D5}

I've quit ad-aware and restarted a few times, it always hangs at this point. When I go to this key in the registry, it's associated with "InprocServer32", which according to the M$ (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/com/htm/reg_5n8y.asp) site, isn't anything to be worried about...

Any ideas what I should do?

this kept happening to me last week.............dont know why either?
i had to ininstall/reinstall a couple of times and its working know

happens with me too .. but I think deep scanning is scanning really deep and if you let it scan it recovers by it self.. though it wld seem that Ad-Aware is hung in the meantime
