Windows Upgrade

I'm running XP corp and the windows upgrade is automaticly upgrading as soon as i get on the net. the tray icon is in the corner and the only option i have is to pause the download how do i go to the settings and stop this??

Go to Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System > Automatic Updates and uncheck the box that says "Keep my computer up to date...."

why would you want to close it anyway? it's a good idea to keep computer up with the latest updates :shifty:
