Windows 2000 Problem

I put win 2000 pro on my new comp and it is missing the file c:\winnt\system32\config\systemced. I need to repair this files for win 2000 to start, how can i fix it?

I tried it and it still wont boot, i renamed the files and restart but syas same error, help?

Ok i have it fixed now but the mouse wont work.

2) is it plugged in?

optical and yes it is plugged in also the 2nd harddrive isn t recoizing
