How To Burn Data Files Using Nero 6.0

can someone please tell me how to burn a file as a data using nero 6.0 please ? im totally confused.

1)put in blank cd

2) open nero, choose "burn as data disc"

3) choose the file you want to burn then click ok

and make sure that Multisession Disc is checked so u can add more data on the same disc if u want
