Stuck At 99.9%

Hey, I'm stuck at 99.9% on a file. It'll get to about 8 secs left, then jump back up to 2 minutes. It doesn't this over and over. I've heard once that it has something to do with WinXP thumb system file, but I didn't quite understand how to remedy it.

check for hidden files and delete the thumb file ;)

I've found that closing the client and restarting it can help on these occasions - but it's not guaranteed.
