is there a web cam program that lets u record the OTHER persons webcam into an avi or something?

if so what and whats the best?

You could try as screengrab prog-records in avi mode
such as
Camstudio (easy) http://www.google.com/search?q=camstudio+d...=utf-8&oe=utf-8 (http://www.google.com/search?q=camstudio+download&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8)
or
Hypernsnap
havent tried on a web cam yet should work-unless there is some overlay issue

camstudio is awesome.
Works wonders
not the best looking or fancy program but does everything u want it to
u can record the entire screen or as i need just the web cam by defining the area u want to record.
