:helpsmile: It's a blind pimple and it's annoying me.
What do you think, will it go away quicker if I squeeze it or will it make a big mess?
Maybe I should request a poll?

If it's a blackhead squeeze it.
Anything else, put a warm washcloth over it.
When you squeeze whiteheads, you squeeze the infection into the rest of your face.
If it just has to go, pop it with a hot needle (dipped in alcohol).

Men popping pimples is fine. They have rough faces anyway from shaving or what not.
Women should not pop pimples!
Take care of your face by washing it 2 to 3 times a day with a facial cleanser. I have not had a pimple since I was in elementary school. That was a while ago.
AussieSheila I do not know your gender but if you want smooth skin then use alcohol free pimple killing solutions. Oxy is very harsh.
Simple solution is to not touch it all. Your hands are dirty no matter where they have been or how many times you wash them.
My first post was not to be sarcarstic. Thoose methods really work. :)

Either way when you squeeze your face you are traunitizing the area and may make it look worse that it was.
If it becomes inflamed, put ice on it.
shn is right that not all skin can take alcohol, it depends on genetics.
There are also lots "prescription cleansers" like Retin-A and Cleocin.
There's also Proactive.
This all depends on your level of pimplehood. :lol: :lol:
