Get this dBpowerAMP Music Converter Release 10.1 (1.4MB) (http://download.com.com/3000-2140-10042534.html?part=83769&subj=dlpage&tag=button)
and then get the Ogg-codeck from here (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-ogg.htm).

How to use it should be pretty easy.

dont forget to get the Power Pack (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc-power-pack.htm) for it too.
