PC133 memory is not DDR memory. So those two don't work together. Get DDR333 memory (I like Samsung).

to get better performance get pc2700 512mb ram, pc133 is really outdated and ull get better performance with DDR ram (well atleast with AMD Athlons u do).

Also if this computer is for gaming and such I'd get a AMD Athlon 2800 Barton, AMD performes better than Intel's do.

dont wory about the rambus its a vary expensive type of memory that is vary fast but its not going to make it in a vary big way and the mb u have dosnt suport it any way

btw there not making ata serial hds yet but it dont matter ur mb will suport 4 reg ata hard drives

IMHO 2 40 gig HD's is Better then 1 80 gig HD (2 80's would be even better)

also if the case will take it it never hurts to have an extra case fan vary important if ur gona overclock with is real easy too do with that fine MB

yes they would be slightly higher but the advantages are worth it as u can keep back ups on 1 and if there is a prob with the other u will not lose info
also if ur doing any video editing ulll get a lot faster performance if u have the vid ur working on in one hd and compileit to the other also things like dling to the d drive in kazaa will let u do more things on the c drive before it start to laggout ur comp
the bigest bottle neck in any system is the HD's so if u can split what ur doing on ur comp to 2 difrent HD's then ull get a lot more out of it
but if money is a big deal then yes it would be slightly cheaper to get 1 large drive

the ide and floppy cables uasly come with the MB (every ASUS board i got has had them) and a lot of cases come with them too and cdroms uasly come with an extra one but an oem drive will uasly not come with anything extra

If you plan on gamming i wouldnt buy that mouse/keyboard combo.

The only wireless mouse that doesnt have issues lag wise, is the logitech mx700. ( i had it, its great, just a bit heavy). I would recommend sticking with cords, and getting a mx500... and then getting some multimedia keyboard or something, from MS or logitech.
