Bit torrent (torrent storm), 'cos it's fast and no corruption. Like to use Emule before, but now Sharereactor is shut down it's just pointless.

Same here...I've tried others but prefer to stick with KLite. It's easy to use and I have no real problems finding what I want especially since I don't download very often. K++ Rulz B)

yeah, speeds should be the same - you will only dl at a rate that people allow uls, it has nothing much to do with the software which you are using.
and Shareaza is an awful BT client - try one of the BT-only ones, and youll see how much better they are.

SoulSeek (for music), eMule (for stuff), Azureus or ABC or whatever is installed for torrents-stuff.
I dont use KL++ pretty much at all these days... have it installed tho.

if the speed arent different than what does it matter if i use shareaza or a BT only client?

well for a start, shareaza is set to "leech" as default - this is why i would never encourage anyone to use it.
and secondly, if u use a bt client, you get some nice features, without being a relative resource hog. - try some and see what you think, i cant decide for ya :)

News - New Release
BT - Movies And Games
SoulSeek - Music
eMule - Rare And Games
IRC - When I Can't Find It Elsewhere
As for Shareaza, I used to use it but after testing it against other clients such as Shadow I found it to be much slower, this was on mutiple tests of the same file at the same time...

Blubster ( music )
eMule ( misc crap )
I use k-lite and the regular bittorrent client on Windows.
For *nix I use azureus bittorrent client, xmule, BitchX, and sometimes amule if xmule starts acting up. I get the best speeds with azureus for movies and what not.
I'm going to give soulseek a try as soon as I can gather up all my albums. :)
Newsgroups, SoulSeek, IRC, and occasionally BitTorrent or eDonkey2000... I can connect to nine networks with MLdonkey though. B)
