Who is the best and easiest to use? I don't know anything about HTML :( . I mainly want to use it for an avatar, but it might be nice to build a webpage. :rolleyes:

If You still want to build a webpage then Geocities is a good start as You dont need any FTP program to load up files.

If you dont know html use tripod (http://www.tripod.com) since they have a website builder thats really easy to use. But tripod has been kinda slow latly so sometime this month they plan to change to a different location. When they do so, you wont be able to change your website for about a week. But its worth it if you get a faster website though...
