What Makes This Forum So Popular?

hi guys, I was thinking about it and wondering, Why do you think that this forums stands above the others and has so many people who have joined it? and why did you join it yourself? PLease post your opinion

I believe that it is primarily because of the good moderation/ adminship and many active users who pull through time in and time out. Even when the board whent down for awhile with a temp forum back when jon left.

I initially joined with a couple of software questions, but then noticed the active community so decided to stay. then when the board whent down when jon was hosting I left for around 3-4 months, but alaways periodically came back, but now i'm here to stay :P

I think its because the people here are so helpful. If I ever come across a question/problem with my computer (and many other things), the first place I go to for help/advice is this wonderful board. I can't remember the people here ever letting me down.

Yeah, I agree this forum has countlessly helped me find good free software, new p2p apps, countless guides and even more. To give back the community I wrote my first pinned guide, and I think I will do more soon to give back to this awesom community :music1:

The forum is popular first because of the initial popularity of Kazaa then Kazaa Lite since was spwware/adware free.

I first came here and was always in the Problems/Tips/etc sections.
I then just ventured off to Movieworld and others.

K-Lite was the draw for most initially. It&#39;s what built the high number of members.

well, i initially think that kazaa lite made this forum so popular...

i first got here from k-lite.tk when i had some issue with k-lite being so slow... then, i saw that people wanted help in some things i knew a bit about, so i started helping them in the questions section.
then, i started looking round the forum, and eventually i was mezmorized by the lounge, my nest up untill today :)

I think a lot of people initially came here for the verifieds sections. I certainly did, as I recall that was part of the search which brought me here, when I got fed up with downloading fake files on Kazzaa.
