Can Not Use Helix Producer After Install K-lite

Hi, i can not use helix producer after i install K-lite Codec, the log file is as follows:

Then i un-install the codecs, re-install with only the divx and xvid(decode and encode), i can use helix producer but still i can not change the avi file into rm file correctly, i mean the rm file is either without audio or vedio.

Does someone have same experience? Can any body help me?
