Why are all the little 'moving' things on the net not moving for me? For instance, if you were to go here (http://www.digitalblasphemy.com/) YOU would see two flames spinning in a guys hand. I don't. I see two flames completely motionless. Another example is avatars. An avatar that normaly is a small video is now just a picture. Basically all the little 'moving' things on the net, aren't moving. Why not? Also, I have Win XP.

Check your settings and find something like show animations or moving pictures of whatever.

STFU. <_< If you're using Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options...>Advanced>Multimedia and make sure "Play animations in web pages" is ticked.

unless he went out of his way to turn them off, they will be on
more likely need to empty his temp internet files & history then reboot
Tools>Internet Optionsyou'll see deleat temp files and under that clear history

How can he be a "self proclaimed "sr member""?

You become a senior member when you make 1,000 post, j4y has made 1,000 posts and is thus a senior member. Simple fact. :)

Zone alarm pro There's an option in Zone Alarm to block animations... Find it and turn if off(I think it's in the ad blocking bit somewhere). When you've done that you might have to clear your temporary internet files but it should work.

Cleared all temp int files, then went to Windows Configuration Utility ans turned off Zone Alarm. Then restarted fresh with cleared temp files and Zone Alarm not running but the problem persists.
