.gif Animations

Someone gave me a program on the forum one time and it would let me take a .gif animation and make it smaller...it was EXTREMELY easy..you just opened the file and said how small u want it..

does neone know what this program is? ive searched alot...

Dunno, but you could always lower the color size, add dither, etc. ;)
