yes its onboard. i'm pretty sure. if its vertical that means its on board because if it were pci or agp it would have to be horizontal!

EDIT: sorry, thought you said "is it on my mobo"

yes it is your onboard graphics...why was there a cap srewed on top? did you do that? or is it oem?

what OS do you have?

you probably have to install a driver for it. if you can find out what it is you can probably get a driver easily. XP might already have the driver for it... had 2 say

if you have an agp/pci card just take that out, and put your monitor in the onboard and it might just enable it's self.

might be a jumper on mobo, might have a setting in bios, or might be autoatically enabled if there is no agp\pci gcard in...

if you have xp, go to run and type "dxdiag" without the quotes and see if you can set it as default there, under display

try looking at the motherboard and see if you can find a jumper that says somewhere near it something along the lines of default graphics onboard or agp.

if you cant find a jumper try looking in your bios.

You would have to remove your card from the motherboard. Then on reboot go in to bios and enable on board video. Hey what the heck clean your case of all the dust on fans and what not while your at it, if your that bored .
Hey try disabling in device manager then enable onboard if it shows two display items in there
