Downloading Problems

Hey, I downloaded a few files without problem on MIRC, but now I can't do it anymore. Everytime try to download a file, the download stops and it says that my CPS was running below the minimum.....how do I fix this?

Well...
If your using mIRC 6.14, it has a connection bug problem.
Im re-installed 6.12, its way better without the connection bugs.

not mirc.com bcuz they have v6.14 so I quess Google
