when i connect it says on he bottom right (sharing 1 or so files) is there anyway i can find out what that file is that im sharing ?

Look in youre shared folder

Click here (http://127.0.0.1:1214) (will only work if your Kazaa is connected on port 1214, you'll have to change the port to whatever your upload port is in K-lite if it doesn't work for 1214)
