I just remembered a little "trick" I used to use a year ago or so. Whenever I was looking for particular files, I would search for "index parent directory" in google and then follow that up with whatever I was looking for, e.g. if I was looking for a Porsche picture/video clip, I'd type in index parent directory Porsche (to google):
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=...che&btnG=Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=index+parent+directory+porsche&btnG=Search)
Have fun! :)
