Actually, the reason I said that was because of what happened at work about a week ago...

I work at a movie theatre, and some lady came up to me...

Her: Sir, I didn&#39;t like the movie, I want my money back.
Me: Mam, we&#39;re not allowed to give refunds after you&#39;ve sat through the entire film.
Her: But I didn&#39;t like it.
Me: Mam, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, we simply can&#39;t give you your money back.
Her: I&#39;m going to get my husband&#33;
*Leaves, never comes back.

Like I said, the customer is not always right... :)
