How Do I Set Up A Peer-peer Lan

How do i do it with "My Network Places" with windows xp.

Can someone tell me how to set up my lan connection to make it peer-peer so i can access my other computer and vise versa or just post a link.

are you goin to use a switch? hub? crossover?

anyway, xp is pretty good about auto-setup for networks. like delphin said, use the network setup wizard too. :)
