I/o Error 32 From Newbie

Please help, after downloading I follow the instructions using K-Dat to hear a music file but I get "I/O error 32" can anyone provide a solution.

And yet another reason i dont use tools in klite <_< there confusing,dont work,or have tons of bugs and theres never a place2always get new versions of them :frusty: (tho i sumhow figure a member on this baord is gonna correct me on this)
