Internet Explorer Help!

I need insructions on how to re-install my entire Internet Explorer. My netscape works, but when i try to open my IE it just says Page cannot be disaplayed. I have tried to do all the different settings but it still won't let me conect or whatever. Itried to unistall it from the COntrol pannel but I cant for some reason. Can some help me.

try typing something like www.google.com in the address bar, if it goes there then all you have to do is , go to internet options and reset your home page.

you may have some spyware or adware thats tried to change you IE settings

do a spybot search to see if there is any

let us know more if this dont help

yeah check your settings in ie.
check if the connections tab in ie is as it usually is.
seems like spyware- run a check using a spyware app.
