Puting Tracks Onto A Music Cd

ive got a 60min mix that i want to put onto a cd but i would like to split it into tracks. so if i want to goto the middle of the cd i don't have to sit and hold down the fastforward button on my cd player for 20 seconds just to get to the middle of the cd. i would like to be able to just go to say for example track 10 and that would roghtly take me to the middle of the cd.

there is a program called cool edit 2000, that you can add track markerss to the file without splitting it up at all, these track markers will be seen as cd tracks when you burn to cd
