Would a motherboard, Gigabyte ga-8knxp work with PC4000 Ram, On thier website it says PC3200 only ?

yes I know but on my current motherboard, also a Gigabyte, I can use faster ram than it says to and it will work fine.

the 4000 ram will run fine on that board , it will just run at 3200 speed mate
