Klite Vs Limewire

I'm new to this P2P stuff - Klite gives me downloaded songs with intermittent inference NOISE through the songs - does anyone know what that is, or how to stop it?

Then my Limewire is keeping my Avast Virus scan busy with bugs - is that normal?
