Polyphonic Ringtones

i have nokia 6600 and i have downloaded free ringtones from HERE (http://www.free-polyphonic-ringtones-4u.co.uk/) and the problem is the ringtone is not loud on my phone even in the full volume! is there any prog to fix it???

and any good simple composer for my phone????

polyphonic ringtones are just simple midi-files, so any simple midi editor should do.......
