Remote Download

:helpsmile: If anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it. Every time I go to download turbo tax premium it goes right to 'remote..." as it's status. I can download turbo tax state version., but I have tried to download 15 different users, and the all go to remote. It is a litle crazy, because some of the downloads find two or three users,and it looks like it is about to download and then they all go to this remote status.

just means those users have no spare slots for ya at mo, try find more sources with a right click, and try jumping supernodes a few times to find some more sources ;)
