Translation Software (finnish)

Even though I have been speaking Finnish all of my life, I'm just now learning to read and write it, and I REALLY need a translation program.......does anyone know how I can get a really good one (for free)?

PLEASE? It's really important. My mom is teaching me to write it and read it and I want to start sending our emails (I go to college) completely in Finnish.
