Why Are Some Of My Files Around My Pc Blue?

Certain files all over my pc are blue, check the screen shot.
I can't actually see no pattern as to what are blue and what are not.

Norton found no viruses either.

cos there windows files just dont delete them or windows wont work.

Windows automatically compresses files if they arent used occasionally (if they arent used in 50 days i think) any compressed files (weather compressed by urself or automatically) are blue.
