im not sure ive downloaded them and dont know what to do from there sorry

get an app called "alcohol 120" and mount the bin/cue to a fake cd drive, then extract the files from there.

then you can do whatever you usually would with them...its most likely a vcd/svcd, so youll want to import the files into tmpeg dvd author to create a dvd to burn
