Overnet Won't Launch On Start Up

I just installed Overnet .53, the problem is it won't launch when I start up my computer. I have the box checked, and checked the box when I installed. Does anyone know what the problem is (I have Windows 98)? Also does anyone know where I can find Overnet .52 (which I used to have and worked great), all the mirrors I find have replaced it with .53. Thanks.

start/run/msconfig/startup/, see if you can find overnet and check the box next to it, apply/restart comp
