Auto Overburn

I've been backing up some things lately after my total free space dropped to just 12GB last night :(

I was trying to burn an image of Midnight Club 2, when I got the following message from NERO:

For how long has NERO actually told you it'll attempt to overburn? I'm sure the last version I had (6.1.*) didn't 'warn' you...
