Computer Restarts When Playing 3d Games

why does my computer restart when playing games like nba live 2004, splinter cell, etc. i have a geforce 5200 ultra. this was not happing before

oh ya, if the updated drivers dont help any then do this:

right click my computer>properties>click teh advanced tab at the top>now for startup and recovery click settings>uncheck automatically restart on system failure.

now when your computer would have restarted it will instead show a blue screen with an error message, right down all info u find on the screen (or take a pic :P ) and post it here.
