Color A Bit Flat

I have a tv card but some channels the colors are bit flat is there a program the sharpen and color it a bit better

the record films are in mpeg, mpg, avi and a few other formats

All i know is that S-Video
is alot less sharp than Vgaport

but what you have there looks sad
maybe check your grfx card settings
