I use SaveFlash - http://www.saveflash.com/
the password is available
(doesnt work with firefox....)
easy to use.

Except with pop up flash fliks
-the adress shows up on the popup for about 1/2secs (in top bar)
i use a screen grabber to capture the adress - then type it in the saveflash thingy
there must be another way
