Well,ive decided to broaden my horizon on this board and check out the musicworld. :D so its pretty easy2DL Mp3 Singles but DLing full albums??hmm never did that. :( Tho i wanna!so can any1 tell me which client is best to Dl full albums?soulseek?bit torrent?emule?i hear ab it soo much but i jsut never jumped on the band wagon.so can any1 gimme a few details? :helpsmile: Id really appreciate it! :)

SoulSeek is the way to go. Never a doubt.

Most everyone with common sense, and the capability, rips at VBR (variable bit rate) which makes the files a wee bit bigger but Oh-so-much better.

I reckon I've DLed about 100-200 albums from SS, and that's just in my spare time, like maybe two/week. The DL's arent instantaneous, but find a reliable source, leave it overnight, and voila!: a new album you didn't have to pay 15$CAN for.

It's easy to use, and produces results quickly. A must for any medium-serious Filesharer.

Hey buddy!I HAVE tons OF RIPPED ALBUMS ON MY COMP THAT I SHARE 24/7!on k-lite n limewirei just wanted2kno which program was best2DL albums from!plus ill put ALL my albums on SoulSeek ok?!?!!? :blink:

Hmm well i jsut got soulseek DLed and i pose a small Q:should i put all the songs on an album in a folder or jsut let my library b full of singles? :huh:

All the songs from one given album in a folder by the same name. Even better is all the album folders from a given artist in a folder of the same name.

This is great since the right mouse button gives a "Download containing folder" (when you do a simple search) and gives a "Download Folder" option when you use the Browse User's Files option, which most prefer.

You can also have a singles folder, where all the non-full album tracks go.

At least, this is what the SS mainstays do, like FC, Celery and Linda

Cutting you of because you&#39;re downloading from them and you don&#39;t have anything they want.
Leechers suck,but that kind of people are the second worse :angry:
It&#39;s like they only want to share with someone if they get something in return of that person.

To those people:
Download the music you want,share the music you got and STFU&#33; <_<

And if you&#39;re going to rip,at least do it at 192 or higher
