Fixing A Mpeg File

OK guys I have a Unfinished Mpeg file and I need to extract the audio with virtual dub now teh problem is it won't let me open it it says "Unexpected finish"

now I have disk 3 of this movie and want to just cut a bit out of this unfinished Mpeg in case your wandering why i don't finish it

anyway is their away to make it an actual finished mpeg so I can extract the audio?

Unfinished ??? what do you mean by that?

To extract audio or to edit mpeg files use Tmpgenc. i dont use virtualdub for mpegs, even if there are versions that support it.

unfinished it is not finished downloading

and it Will not let me extract with TMPGEnc my guess it coz its unfinished

It wont even let me re encode
