:) I am just going to ask. What Bitrate VBR?And I am sure others will think the same.Like when I Ripped that last set of mine.I said VBR 256.That is what I had it set as the minum on poweramp.

A MOD can delete this later.Just trying to make a thread like this better with ideas and what not.

And also what Encoder would be nice.Like mine was Lame 3.93 on that last set.And I should of put that.

Gutter

i used LameEnc_3.93.1

...I'll get back to you with that ;)

Hedwig and the Angry Inch: Soundtrack
Portishead: NYC
There are some others but I'm not sure yet. I'm probably gonna rip them to somebitrate-VBR but we'll see.

so long as it at 192 or above i don't mind.
although some encoders seems to make a 192k rip sound like a 96k rip

I have most of my collection ripped. But usualy I concentrate on underground bands that no one otherwise would be able to get. Anyway here is a list of the recent ones I made avalible.

1. Freelance Terrorists - White Trash X-mas
2. My Goldfish Ned - Take The World Hostage
3. Krush Klamath - Trapped In A Wet Paper Bag
4. Life Of Crime - Life Of Crime
5. Without Self - Without Self
6. Antiseen - Eat More Possum/ Southern Hostility
7. Kill Allen Wrench - My Bitch Is A Junky
8. Wimpy Dicks - 6Teen Years Of Noise/ So What
9. The Box - Demo
10. Bedpan - Bedpan
11. The Ruffees - A Bunch Of Songs From Misc. C.D's
12. The Motards - Sat Night Special Ed
13. The Expelled - A Punk Rock Collection
14. Special Duties - Punk Singles Collection
15. Eater -Eater
16. Bikini Kill - Pussy Whipped

Not to Mention all the stuff I already had. A Global Threat, Unseen, Lower Class Brats, blah, blah, blah, Odds are if you want it I got it. And if I don't have it give it to me. I strongly urge EVERYONE to download each and every band on my list because It's music in it's rarest form: underground, good, and from the heart.

I'll probably rip some The Smiths (at VBR 192) but I'm too lazy right now.

you are not contributing anything to P2P
much like you did in this topic by posting "i don't rip music"

please
learn to rip (http://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=101050)

and do it good (http://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=22763)

you might be helping a few users who couldn't get an album from one user and now your sharing it too, but what about that one album you do own that has yet to be ripped at a good bitrate, or it might not even be available because it's rare/older/a promo?
someone is most likely searching for it or has had it in their wishlist for months and you choose not to contribute to something that you have "stolen" so much from?

I'm sure you can find something in your collection worth ripping to contribute to the many other people that wish the music industry to smooch on their derriere.
