Editing Videos

I would idealy like a software where i can load up a video (mpeg/avi) pause it and then add more stuff to it

eg make a speech bubble pop up

I believe you can with Windows Movie Maker

for 'home' use try Windows Movie Maker

I myself use Premiere PRO but you need 'skills' 2 use it B) :lol:
