A BAG firm's sales have soared since a presidential insult started appearing on the washing instructions in America.
Translated from French, it says: "We are sorry that our president is an idiot. We didn't vote for him."
But designer Tom Bihn says he has no idea who is behind the joke.
And none of his 10 employees has owned up to taking a pop at President George Bush.
Bihn, 43, said: "I'm going with the idea that it's a joke about me.
"But when you use the words 'idiot' and 'president' in the same sentence, people jump to other conclusions."
He is now producing T-shirts with a blow-up of the label on the front.
Bihn says of the culprit: "We're not really looking real hard because it's been really good for business."
