empornium back when they were still american allowed me to dl @ my modem's max speed (570kb/s ish). now it blows. i use filelist for my stimulation now

Your download speed does not depend on the tracker's location but on the amount of peers/seeders, and their upload speed to you, within the swarm of the torrent you're downloading.

The relocation of the tracker has nothing to do with this.

There back but they closed registration and are charging people $15 dollars to become a vip there only accepting vip members now.What a way to make money. :frusty:
