Is This Video Card Better Than....

I just bought a Ati Radeon 9600 Se 128mb, and I had before a GeForce 4 mmx 400 64mb. Is the card I bought really that much better? I do see an improvement in Star Wars Galaxies but...

I didnt even realise the 9600SE was soo horrible...9600 would have been much better.
