If I was good with sheet metal and stuff I would make my own. Then make some more and sell em.

That has been a dream case for me ever since I first saw it a few months ago.
I haven't seen any realworld reviews of one yet though.
I do think it's kinda odd that the second HDD doesn't get the heatpipe/rubber isolator mounting treatment, as I think most people who could afford the case would install a SATA RAID array.
You also couldn't just stuff it under you desk or in a cubbyhole either...it would heatsoak the enclosure and be worse off than a normal case.
Course, if I had that rig it would take pride-of-place in my living room...right next to my Ferrari and Ducati...

Option
Heatpipe Northbridge Cooler
DVI VGA Cable
UPS 4.4
400W PFC Power
Additional Heatpipe HDD cooler
RAM-Drive
CPU Heatpipe-L Set
VGA Heatpipe-D Set
its optional my friend :) (i like the ram drive and the 400watt silent PSU :D)
u think the heatpipe-D will work on the 6800u? they will still need some for the RAM on the card tho...
