Making A Toorent

I working with azureus and I want to make a torrent it ask for a tracker where can I find this tracker

Azureus has a built in tracker i believe.

If you want to upload to a specific site they might have and extention /anounce/..... that you can use to make a torrent.

Or at least thats how it works with abc.
