you know on windows 98, when its starting up at the bottom of the screen the clouds are moving by in this little bar? know what I mean? sorta like this:

but obviously its blue and goes across the whole screen.

can someone either find or make me a gif of that moving thing, to use in a sig? thanks.

edit: nevermind, unless you can get it to look good and be under 100kb, then ill stick to the smaller part.
